Whosmost is a game published by Maxime Folio, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI, micro-entrepreneur), under the trade name Makessyme. Full details are in the legal notice. Contact: contact@whosmost.com.

Whosmost offers free party games, played in the browser, with no account. By using the website or the game, you accept these terms.

The game evolves: games, questions or features may be added, changed or removed. It may be temporarily unavailable.

The “No filter” level contains more daring questions and is for adults only. By choosing it, you confirm that every player in the game is at least 18 years old.

Whosmost is made for laughing together, not at someone's expense. Don't use the game to harass, humiliate or discriminate against anyone. Names entered must be those of the players present, with their agreement.

You must not disrupt the service, access it by automated means or resell it without our written agreement.

Dares are suggestions for fun. Everyone is free to refuse them, and no one should be pushed into doing anything dangerous or against their will.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for how players use the game or for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, which applies as soon as it is published.

These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, write to us first at contact@whosmost.com. They exist in French and English; the French version prevails.
