Whosmost is played without an account. We never sell data, we show no ads and we use no analytics cookies.

Your data is processed by Maxime Folio, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI, micro-entrepreneur), under the trade name Makessyme, 49 avenue Emmanuel Maignan, 31200 Toulouse, France, SIRET 910 412 428 00047. For any question: contact@whosmost.com.

The names or nicknames you type are only used to display the game. On a single device, they stay in your browser and are never sent to us.

In “everyone on their phone” mode, names and votes go through our real-time service for the length of the game, so they can be shown on each player's phone. They are not kept after the game.

Please don't type anything other than a first name or a nickname.

The website remembers the language you pick in your browser's local storage, so it can offer it on your next visit. This information never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

When you write to us at contact@whosmost.com, for example to suggest a question, we use your address and message to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep these exchanges for 3 years after our last contact.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.. Like any host, it receives your IP address to deliver pages and protect the service from abuse. Our fonts are hosted with the website: no request is made to Google Fonts.

Some of our providers are based in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and give instructions on what happens to your data after your death. Write to contact@whosmost.com: we reply within one month.

If you think your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

This policy may change, for example if we add audience measurement or purchases. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
